Veronica McConnell has been teaching Pilates 18 years continuously learning and applying new knowledge and skills with her clients.  She has a keen eye for seeing her clients needs and abilities individually tailoring sessions to provide the most benefit.  “I truly enjoy watching my clients evolve in awareness, strength, balance, flexibility and fluidity of motion.”  Her private Pilates sessions include the full spectrum of Pilates equipment, current techniques and application of wide range of biomechanical knowledge.
